Omowunmi Akingbohungbe, Executive Director of Women in Management, Business, and Public Service (WIMBIZ) and Founder of Call To Love Initiative is an award-winning professional and not-for-profit leader with 19 years of experience. In recognition of her contributions to humanity, she was appointed as a Life Patron of the Nigerian Red Cross Society (Lagos State Chapter). Omowunmi is the author of "Oops! The Client is Upset" which focuses on mastering the art of transforming dissatisfied customers into loyal supporters while maintaining self-esteem. She is also the convener of 'Service Your Mind', a wellness customer service workshop that has empowered over 1000 entrepreneurs and professionals in cities including Accra, Ghana and Birmingham, UK.
