This week, I’m inspired by the powerful theme of the recently concluded WIMBIZ London Conference (you can catch up on the amazing and insightful experience via our social media handles)
"The Power of Us."

It was more than a catchphrase—it was a call to action, a reminder of what becomes possible when strong, visionary individuals come together with a shared purpose.
The story of the WIMBIZ Founders embodies this theme perfectly. These were not women lacking in drive, influence, or capability. On the contrary—they were strong, accomplished leaders in their own right.
Each of them could have chosen to walk their journey alone, making an impact individually. But instead, they chose collaboration over isolation, collective vision over personal legacy.
For 20 years, they set aside ego, leaned into one another’s strengths, and created something far greater than the sum of their parts. In doing so, they built an organization that today impacts women all over the world—a testament to what can be achieved when we come together with humility, intention, and unity of purpose. With deliberate efforts on sustainable structures that involves others to also bring their strengths to the table.
This is "The Power of Us".
It's a reminder that real growth—deep, sustainable, transformative growth—often doesn’t come from doing it alone. It comes from choosing to build together. To listen deeply. To support fearlessly. To dream collectively.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” — African Proverb
As we step into a new week, I challenge each of us to ask
Where can I embrace collaboration more boldly—in my business, my leadership, or my community?
What commitment did I make that I am not meeting up with?
When we shift from “me” to “we,” our impact becomes limitless.
