Today, I want to write forward. I want to leave a map, a message, a mirror for the woman I am becoming.  Ring...ring.... I am calling my future self.

This week, I’m inspired by the theme of the recently concluded WIMBIZ London Conference - "The Power of Us." 

Last week, I shared how telling our stories — especially the successful ones — can be a big source of inspiration for others. I called it visible inspiration, and it’s true: when people see what’s possible, it gives them hope and motivation. This week, I’ve been thinking about the other side of that coin.
